FAQs
What should I enter in the ‘Events’ section if I am unmarried?
If you are unmarried, you can enter any other significant events in your life, such as the month and year of relocation or your graduation year.
How to check my slot status?
Simply log in using your Google account to view your research slot status.
⚠️ Important:
Due to frequent spam and repeated follow-up messages from some users, especially young students, our team is experiencing mental fatigue. In such cases of repeated disturbance, we reserve the right to cancel slots to protect our team’s wellbeing.
We request everyone to be patient and responsible.
Can I use disappearing messages on WhatsApp?
No. If enabled, we’ll cancel your slot immediately, as we require message history for clear communication.
I missed the call, When will I receive the next call?
If you miss our call, you can share your Research ID during the open research hours mentioned on the RVA WhatsApp channel, and we’ll try to connect again. Please remember that a single open slot often has many participants trying to join. If you need immediate attention, reaching out to a local astrologer would be a wiser choice.
When will Research video be released?
We understand you’re eager to see your video, but due to a high number of follow-up messages, our team’s mental health has been significantly affected. The pressure to respond and meet individual expectations has become overwhelming.
To protect our well-being, we’ve decided not to provide any specific release dates. We kindly ask for your patience — your video will be released when it’s ready.
I don’t want my conversation to be shared and would prefer a private conversation. How can we do it?
You can book a private telephonic consultation.
